I had shopped around a few mortgage brokers but Neil Anderson @ Mortgage Solutions NI was just top of the pack. He was very patient (I'm a first time buyer), thorough and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. There were times he even chased things up that he wasn't obligated to, and this really made a huge difference with my purchase. Always at the end of the phone to answer any questions (even really silly ones). Couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is also very experienced with running his own separate estate agency. Your mortgage is in safe hands with Neil.

Highly recommended, as a first-time-buyer I had very limited knowledge of mortgages and was unaware that there are a huge variety of lenders out there other than the local high street banks. Clare was able to search the entire mortgage market for a product that matched my circumstances and she and Gerard kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. I had gone to every mortgage broker Belfast, lisburn and even in england and was declined a mortgage due to a default on a phone bill. No one would take me on. I had no other option but to give up my search for a new home. Haven spoken to a friend they recommended mortgage solutions,I had missed on my search. Updates every day weather good or bad, she found a bank and from there on she was constantly keeping me in the loop.
