I highly recommend NI Accident Management and their team, especially Mark. After my accident, which happened on a Saturday evening and left my car undriveable, I was referred to NI Accident Management by a friend who assured me they would take care of everything. Despite the timing of the accident, they were able to provide me with a courtesy car within a few hours, which was a huge help since I was due to travel abroad the next day. Throughout the process, Mark and his team were incredibly accommodating and professional, providing everything I needed including an excellent solicitor and an engineer's report on my vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. When it came time to return the courtesy car, they even arranged for it to be picked up directly from my home, which is two hours away from their home base. I am extremely grateful to NI Accident Management and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

A great service from beginning to end. I have used NI Accident Management a few times in the past to get bodywork fixes on my car, always a great service and top notch work with attention to detail. This time around I used them for an insurance claim where my car was hit. They have handled the claim work beginning to end, provided a courtesy car and turned the fix around in a matter of days. Mark is a dream to work with. First accident for me with someone going into the back of me. I was completely clueless on next steps and Mark was recommended to me. I had a woman go through a red light and hit the front of my jeep. Although the process of paper work took longer than expected due to insurance company delay but once the work started it was impressive service. Car was picked up from home, Replacemnt was provided, even an extra head lamb was priced and fitted on the same time (not the original accident).on top of all that positive service I have been contacted and agreed time to drop the car back, guess what? My daughter who drives a specially adapted drive from wheelchair vehicle was involved in an accident. The driver of the other vehicle hit my daughters car in the rear. Instead of exchanging insurance details the driver drove off leaving my daughter distraught and vulnerable. Thankfully my solicitor signposted me to Mark who personally delivered a courtesy car for me that evening! I was totally at a loss , one morning on my way to work I had an accident another vehicle blindsided me whilst on a roundabout, I had a card for these guys in my car booklet I gave them a call and honestly within 20 minutes they arrived, first thing they asked was are you ok ? don’t worry about a thing we will sort it all from here . They advised me to go to Hospital and took me after the police had finished interviews and later that evening they arrived at my door with a hire car just incase I needed it They where tremendous .
