I came across Sheena at The Mortgage Clinic having tried a few mortgage advisors and I could not recommend her highly enough. As a first-time buyer I knew very little about the process and she guided me through it all (including a sale that fell through) with patience and professionalism, getting me a good mortgage deal and sorting out insurance as well. She has a lovely friendly, reassuring manner and was always at the end of a phone/email any time I had a query. Definitely a five-star service.

We were delighted with the professional and diligent service we received from Helmut at The Mortgage Clinic. His knowledge of the underwriting process took us to the right lender for us (us being the somewhat complicated combination of a self-employed person and a temp teacher), and he even went the extra mile and argued our case directly with the lender and got the amount upped to what we ideally wanted, such that we could do some renovations.
