I was put in contact with X Mortgage upon a recommendation from a friend who had also used X Mortgage and was extremely satisfied with the services. I was a first time buyer with 101 questions/fears and these guys took the time to explain all the ins/outs in detail till I was happy and satisfied, even if that meant going over something five times for me to grasp it and get it right in my head. All my documentation needed in order to secure A mortgage was completed within two weeks, mortgage offer secured, and I had the keys to my new home from start to finish A little under 7 weeks. The story's I had heard from people regarding property purchases I really find hard to believe as X Mortgage had me covered from start to finish and I can honestly say it was a dream come true. Seriously you will not find someone like Tal all across the world, he is not just best and perfect in his doing but a good human being and true professional, even 100 stars are not enough. With me he has worked like he is buying the property for his own, he even worked on weekends and late nights valuing urgency and chances of loosing the property. This was a very complex purchase including terrible council staff, biased sellers letting agents (their crazy politics) and time constraints. Do not think anybody else could have been achieved this. Seller wanted to sell me the property but agents don't. Suddenly I was nearly lost the property due to dirty game of sellers letting agent, I had a flight next morning which I was waiting for 3 years to see my Family. Tal took over the situation, completed mortgage in principle within few hrs, liaised very professionally with seller and agent, assured me completely, I packed up my bags just few hrs before the flight, enjoyed my trip and rest till completion was well managed by Tal. Honestly he has faced proper nightmares. Now that house is mine!!!!! Reach to him you would not be disappointment. Bless you Tal ! Thanks for all your hard work and generosity !
