A little bit nervous after reading some reviews but found the whole experience a positive one when my dishwasher broke down. Easy to book a repair and when without a hitch Kept me informed the whole time and gave me a 3 hour times lot and on day of repair a 30 min arrival time. 🙃 perfect

I received my renewal which was 3 times the price as usual so decided to go elsewhere. I seen the policy on offer and was impressed by the level of cover. However, given my own background as an insurance expert and a former ombudsman adjudicator I needed to check it out. I called the freephone number first for the emergency assistance who answered straight away. I then called Row customer services asking numerous questions. Staff seem genuinely helpful and keen to demonstrate their service. I called back again after thinking about it and spoke to a lady named Hannah. She was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was impressed with her knowledge, the only thing that put me off is no boiler service, although I understand it is in the pipeline. For the amount of money it cost. I calculated I would still be saving money anyway even if I paid for a service myself. Also Hannah was very pro active and offered a call back. My own job involves monitoring staff and compliance, if I had to monitor Hannah I would have to say it was flawless and I was impressed. I hope this company grows and continues to prove just as good if I need to claim. Many thanks

Craig from Wakefield was excellent at finding and dealing withtwith problem with my cooker hood. Called me half an hour before he arrived, very professional in his attitude to myself and the work.
