Was recommended john and his team by a friend and am so pleased with the outcome . John offers great advice, very competitive deals you wont find on price comparison sites and is extremely efficient compared to other people/companies i have dealt with. He is also a very easy person to talk to and give easy to understand answers. If you want to take some of the stress of moving home away then I would highly recommend john to handle your mortgage application.

10/10 and will definitely use again in future. Sarah helped me secure a first time buyer mortgage, and I really truly cannot recommend her enough. I went with Sarah after a recommendation from a friend and, as a first time buyer going it alone, I was nervous about who to go with and the process in general. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and there were many!), made herself available at a moments notice, and gave me really direct and honest advice. I did had advice from two other brokers as well who just didn't compare, I trusted Sarah completely in her knowledge and advice and really wouldn't have gone with anyone else.

I can’t recommend John enough! I started using John around 2 years ago when I was trying to buy a second home as a buy to let, I had no solid plan but John soon put me on the right path and helped me to pull equity from my own home and use it for my new buy to let. After helping me to refinance it later on down the line I’m now buying my third property and building my own business, all because of John’s help! If you want a mortgage this is the guy to use! Take 1 unmortgageable property, a company director who Highstreet banks didn’t want to lend, a wife on maternity leave, a growing family and a stamp duty deadline, pass it to John and let him work his magic. After being told we couldn’t be helped in our current circumstances, John managed to negotiate bridging finance to obtain the unmortgageable property and packaged up an exit strategy to get us off the bridge in 4 just months. Communication from Everest Mortgages was unparalleled with frequent updates even if it was a quick call to say 'no news yet'...and John is like a dog with a bone when it comes to hounding lenders for updates – far more efficient that you will ever be if you're doing it yourself. We now have an epic house and a very affordable £500k mortgage with a mainstream lender!
