We had an extensive leak from old piping in the cement floor of our utility room. We called our insurance company straight away who told us to get the leak stopped and then they would assess the damage from there. Because we didn’t have any experience or knowledge in insurance claims (or the time!) we decided to enlist the help of Paul from Insurance Claim Solutions who was excellent, very professional and very thorough in dealing with us and our insurance company. He took care of everything. Our insurance company paid out and the utility room was back up and running in no time.

We used ICS/Paul Edmonds to assist with a leak which has caused a lot of damage to our property. We felt with such a big job we needed someone professional to liaise between us and our insurance company and we are very pleased that we did. The Insurers and/or their contractors in their evaluations missed out lots of things which the un-trained eye would not know but Pauls experiences picked these items up as missing from the estimated and added them to our claim to ensure when the time came for the re-build we had sufficient money to cover it. Due to this the figure achieved was substantially more than we would have received if we had not used ICS therefore we know we have sufficient funds for the re-build. With ICS's professionalism, experience and attention to detail we would not hesitate in using them again
