Genuinely superb service from Helen and Lucy! I was unsure what product I was looking for, or even if it was possible but Helen listened to what I wanted and presented me with options to suit. I was confused by jargon the banks used, Helen explained what was meant by it in a professional way, but a way I would understand. Lucy also answered my questions and kept me in the loop without prompt while things progressed. Between Helen and Lucy, I felt valued as a customer and would certainly go back to them both when my product is up for renew!
