They say the best things in life come free, and this is really it! Colin was highly recommended to me. It was a breath of fresh air to have a mortgage broker that didn't want to charge a fee in these extortionate times. He provided me with clear illustrations of what I can borrow and also how much the payments would be, whereas others only sent a brief line or 2, making every estate agent question whether I could really borrow money. The Finance House had been highly recommended to me but strangely I did have one reservation. No fee is payable for their service and I wondered whether that meant poor service on the basis of 'you get what you pay for'. I couldn't have been more wrong - Colin offered the most professional, but friendly service on a buy to let mortgage which went through very smoothly.
