We remortgaged through the mortgage house with Chris, he made the whole process so easy, set up an online account we could upload all our documents like payslips and bank statements which made it really easy getting the information to him! Chris arranged the mortgage that best suited us and dealt with all the paperwork, once the mortgage was agreed we used the solicitors Chris recommended and again it was super easy to upload our documents, on their portal, request call backs, track progress, all correspondence was uploaded so we could see what was needed and react straight away which sped up the whole process!! Brilliant service from start to finish informative, friendly, easy to understand, helpful couldn’t ask for more to make this process so easy, the hassle was definitely taken out by Chris! We will 100% use Chris and The Mortgage House again!! Felise and Marc
