I can't recommend Charlotte and her team more, Charlotte was outstanding throughout the whole process. Being a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and was generally unsure about the process but she was patient and friendly always and explained things in simple terms. She kept me up to date throughout the whole process and communication was fantastic I always felt involved. If I ever had any questions Charlotte or a member of the team got back to me swiftly, she is very knowledgeable. Charlotte goes above and beyond, she is professional, efficient and honest.
