From our very first conversation Phil explained the process clearly and re-assured us that we can ask as many questions as we needed at any time of the day. Phil and George worked above and beyond to ensure that we were updated every step of the way and were happy to take calls during evening and weekends due to timing issues between my partner and I. It is so refreshing in these times to work with someone that is reliable and efficient and gets back to you when they say they will, and where you don’t have to hold for hours listening to elevator music and a message saying that we apologise but we’re busier than usual. My girlfriend and I were slightly daunted by the prospect of getting our first mortgage, not least because we had no clue what it involved or how the process worked. Within 10 minutes of sitting with a member of Bristol Mortgages Online we not only knew what was going on and how to proceed, but were on the way to getting a better mortgage than any bank had offered us. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and utterly accommodating. During the process so far, I have spoke with at least 3 different employees and all of them seemed to know exactly what was going on in our personal circumstances. Fun fact, they actively encourage you to name drop when putting offers down on properties, and I was delighted to discover the name carries clout! This is especially useful for estate agents that are less than.....proactive.
