At the last minute, I needed a mortgage adviser. I was recommended to Edward and it was a blessing. I didn't have the mortgage in principle in place, I didn't know how much I could offer and what to expect. I contacted Edward straight away and on the next day I was in his office early in the morning to start the process. Getting a mortgage wasn't that straightforward due to missing information/errors from the estate agent and changing of new guidelines about EWS1 form. However, with all his support, patience and reassuring words put me at ease troughtout the process. Edward, listen very carefully and explain things very well. If you don't understand, he will go over and over again if needed. You woun'd be disappointed.
