We have used Derek for a mortage and remortgage and he has been fantastic during both. The property is an unusual construction so it was more difficult to get lenders, but Derek made the process very smooth - taking our minds off the mortgage when we had lots else to deal with. He is professional and clear whenever we've spoken with him, and careful to explain the process to newbies. Communication was always very good and prompt. We're happy with both products he's arranged for us and will certainly use him in the future. We'd recommend him 100 %.
