We contacted Paul when we wanted to find a new mortgage deal but had a slightly complex scenario. Other mortgage advisors had told us we would need to wait and accept that the interest rate rises would mean a more expensive renewal. Paul was able to find an option for us that meant we would actually pay less than our existing rate. His advice has been superb throughout and although this was our first time using Gough Mortgage, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul.

Being foreigner and not exactly spring chicken, I thought it would be impossible to find a mortgage that would spread over 19 years (or so I believed after talking to 3 brokers from estate agencies). Paul found a mortgage for 24 years which led to lower monthly payments compared to other options (products). Not too many words, just the job done efficiently.
