We came to Marc as first time buyers which we thought would be a stressful and daunting task but from start to finish he made us feel at ease with the whole process. He answered every question we had and explained everything extremely well. He found us a great deal, as well as talking us through our life insurance policies and again explaining everything along the way. From getting our offer excepted to getting our mortgage approved took 4-5 weeks and he kept us up to date constantly within that time with updates on our mortgage application. With one of us being self employed, it made things slightly more complicated due to the coronavirus pandemic with how much lenders will loan. But again Marc explained this to us amazingly, gave us our options and found us the best deal in order for us to buy our dream home. Any queries even after the mortgage was approved we knew we could rely on him to help us. Marc delivered in every aspect and we can’t thank him enough for the hard work he has put in for us. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor!

OUTSTANDING! Mark was suggested to me by a friend who’d recently completed his mortgage and was very pleased with the service he’d provided. I’m a first time buyer and a self-employed contractor, so I knew he’d have his work cut out. From the first moment I spoke to Mark it was a breath of fresh air. It’s the small details when he says he’s going to ring you at 9:30 and he’s calling you at 9:29 that really make him stand out from the rest. From our first phone call Mark was able to get a decision in principle back to me within a couple of hours. I was shocked at how quick he was able to get this done. Due to me being a contractor I had issues with getting Nationwide to lend me money due to my length of contract (3 months left), but Mark was able to work around this and get Halifax to accept my offer and lend me the money. Throughout my time going back and forth with solicitors Mark was always checking in on me to see how the sale was progressing. When the sale was completed Mark even phoned me on the day to make sure I got the keys as he was so happy for me – again it’s that personal touch he brings as a broker that make him stand out. Mark even helped me sort out my life insurance after the sale was complete. I cannot put into words how HIGHLY I recommend Mark. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional, exceptional broker then look no further than him. I’ve already recommended him to my brother and friends who are looking into buying properties. Highly recommend Mark, first time using a financial broker and Mark made the process stress free and easy. He was able to get us the best deal on the market. Highly recommended. Me & my girlfriend just bought our first home, and had Marc recommended to us by close friends. There’s obviously a lot going on when buying your first home, and I imagine it can be quite a stressful and daunting process when trying to navigate it on your own. I came to Marc for help renewing my Mum's Mortgage as her fixed rate term was elapsing. My Mum has been on 1/2 repayment and 1/2 interest only Mortgage and was worried that when she retires that she would not own the property outright.
