I contacted the Mortgage Marketplace after our current mortgage deal was coming to an end. After an initial email exchange with Alex Nash I was impressed enough with his knowledge and helpfulness that I decided to see what deals he could offer. We had a lengthy telephone conversation talking about my financial situation and what sort of mortgage I was looking for. Alex then confirmed all the details via email before searching for a deal. Promptly Alex was back in touch with an attractive mortgage deal which had everything I wanted. Alex completed all the application process and the Mortgage company quickly presented me with an offer which I accepted. The final fee, which I paid once the mortgage had been completed, was fair and competitivley priced.
