As a first time buyer it’s been quite a scary and stressful process especially as we were a bit of a challenging case. We were originally using a different broker but they were...unhelpful, and was recommend to speak to Kelly. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and has been very helpful and reassuring. Even in the tougher times like when the first house fell through as buyer pulled out and we had to switch the mortgage to a different property. Louise and Lorna have also been helpfully and I’ve been able to get a hold of someone whenever I’ve needed to. Would happily use them again for any future endeavours.
