S. M.I had a policy renew without my knowledge taking the money for a car that was no longer on the road and was scrapped. However when calling to ratify this issue Ishy was very helpfully and within 5 minutes my policy was cancelled and all sorted. Overall very helpful
J. O.I found Diamond Insurance very helpful when i had to claim on my insurance for the accident i had in July. Really nice, reassuring customer service, quick to get the ball rolling, sorted me a courtesy car and paid up straight away. Really took the stress out of the experience.
I was also given the option to drive round with a plug and drive - which was a help, as this ensured my insurance didn't rocket when it was due for renewal.
When I did a compare quote for insurance on a compare website. They did try charge me an extra £100 a year than the cheapest quote that came in. But i rang them and they matched the cheapest quote there and then so i have no renewed for another year with them. So far no problems at all.

Upon renewal this year I decided to use a comparison site on the internet, Diamond came out the most favourable and I have just renewed the policy with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
C. B.Reading all these bad reviews I am so confused. I've never had a bad experience with Diamond in the last 4/5 years. Each time I call I get to speak to a lovely cheery Welsh person who helps me straight away. I've never been left feeling disappointed with them, but then (touch wood) I've never had to make a claim. Very pleased with them so far.
M. V.No problems with them at all. When I reported my car crash, staff on the phone were nice and patient and she explained comprehensively the steps required to have my car repaired. They also offered a courtesy car. Would recommend them
j. l.When they finally, eventually, actually do what you asked them to do in the first place you do get a reasonable policy and usually cheaper than elsewhere, but my God, you need the patience of a saint to put up with reiterating multiple times to different people what it is you want them to do. After the 1st 45 min conversation I was assured that everything was in place and all that would be needed when my wife called to pay was the quote reference... Could they find any record of that conversation/policy quote? No. So my wife goes ahead with the new quote they give her after another 45 min conversation... Which is exactly NOT what we need as it doesn't use and therefore keep live her no claims bonus. Cue my next 45 min conversation where I once again have to spell out in excruciating detail something that should be bread and butter for an insurance company. I bought another car. We now have two. That's it. How is it hard???
