Tom has been a great help in arranging our remortgage so that we could release equity from our property in order to complete some home improvements. Tom researched all of our options in order to get us the best possible deal and has communicated everything to us in a professional and friendly manner. Massive Thank You to Tom Willis at Eden Hawk who helped to sort out our mortgage to purchase. So I’ve dealt with brokers in the past and had issues, to the extent I have avoided using them, but after getting in contact with Hamed @ Eden Hawk my opinions have changed. He was easy to deal with and took my data efficiently. He quickly gathered together a list of recommendations and explained the pros and cons of each suggesting which one he would personally select. I also opted to take life insurance which he summarised and recommended too. He then gave me an overall cost of the top rated combinations. Once I selected he ensured I stayed on top of providing any info to the mortgage company and monitored the progress.
