Initially the approach from Alex, his interest in us as a business, his help and guidance, and of course cost. We reduced our insurance bill by over 50%. So here was the next concern, would we get the same level of cover, was it GOOD value? The proof is always in how a claim is handled and problems solved. Two years in we had a 30k claim…sorted.Simple, efficient, calm and hassle free. Our rates remain low, the service second to none, so until we have a problem won’t be moving.
