Having used Just Mortgages previously (approx 5 years ago) and being happy with the service, we decided to contact Just Mortgages again recently to see if they could assist us in securing another mortgage for a new property. Our initial contact this time was with mortgage advisor Tara Panayi who we found to be very helpful and knowledgeable, as she was able to provide us with all of the information that we needed. Tara was one of 3 mortgage advisors who we contacted at this time (who all provided us with very similar information), however, we chose Tara to help us follow through with our application as she was not pushy in her approach and appeared to genuinely want to help us, rather just pursue the commission/fee. We did not regret this decision! Tara has been very proactive in supporting our speedy and seamless application and will always respond to emails/telephone calls in a timely manner, so we have never had to chase her up. Tara’s commitment to her job & clients is evident by the which in which she will even respond to emails during out of hours times. I would give Just Mortgages 0 stars simply for the fact that when our mortgage advisor left the company our remortgage, which was supposed to be sorted and ready to go, seems to have been forgotten.
