I would highly recommend Fowler Smith who have worked incredibly hard to find the best re mortgage to help us with the costs of a loft conversion. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they were efficient and regularly keeping us updated on its progress. I was recommended Fowler Smith mortgages by a friend after I had been let down by a previous mortgage advisor. I was really impressed with the service I had received from Jonathan and Natasha. Key reasons why I would recommend: - I had proactive updates on the status of my mortgage e.g. had the underwriter looked at it yet etc. I am generally quite nervous with these things so it was nice to have my mind put at ease that I wasn't forgotten about, I was just in a queue. - The advice I have been given from Jonathan has been detailed and I trusted his judgement. Sometimes I got advice I didn't want to hear (!), but it was the advice I needed in order to make the right decision for me and my plans. - Jonathan is available to answer questions and I don't have to wait days/weeks for a response. - I have been let down previously with other mortgage advisors that want to get the mortgage through asap. I have often had to correct mistakes such as deposit amounts, number of bedrooms in my flat. I haven't had to deal with any situations like this with Fowler Smith Mortgages. I will 100% be recommending Fowler Smith to my friends and colleagues when their services are required and I will be using them more in the future.
