I would highly recommend Gemstone Mortgages, the whole team has been amazing! Hollie is super helpful, as first time buyers we had so many questions, but Hollie made everything sound much easier and took the time to explain things in great detail. FINALLY, my partner and I have brought our first home after seeing Gemstone Mortgages way back in 2019!. Unfortunately, COVID put our house plans on hold and with our ever changing circumstances, the Gemstone team were always around to help answer questions. Both Emma and Hollie have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole mortgage process. Being first time buyers we knew nothing about the mortgage process but both Hollie and Emma made sure we understood the important information but never made us feel stupid for not knowing certain elements. They made us feel so comfortable from our first conversation with them and nothing was ever too much trouble! They were always on hand for questions, gave us regular updates, responded quickly to emails and took the stress away when we had little bumps along the way. Everyone needs to use Gemstone's when arranging their mortgage! They are the most friendliest and knowledgeable team ever! Emma and Hollie you are both amazing and cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us, you helped us achieve our dream of buying our first home! Gemstone Mortgages are the best!

Well, where do I start!. After being told by 3 of my colleagues to come to Gemstone for advice I was only hoping to see how much we could afford. Then 3 weeks later we was going through the process of buying a house!!! My god what a team! Gemma has also been at our beck and call, weekends, evenings and even on her days off!
