I have used Mortgages First twice now. Both times I had issues BUT I did still get my mortgage so I'm giving a 4* as I think it's fair. I first dealt with Bradley R who I found to be a little incompetent if I'm honest. My broker was Abi H who was really great. We had a few mishaps but she was reassuring and ultimately sorted things out very quickly. The whole mortgage and selling/buying process is extremely stressful and Abi understood this completely. She was just an email away at all times which I really appreciated. I found Chantelle C a little condecending at times via email and decided to go through Abi for my issues after a while. Parris was fabulous too, and helped to chase my solicitor when the final push was commencing. Would I recommend Mortgages First? Yes, but only if you are lucky and get Abi.

Highly recommend Mortgages First. My experience with them for arranging my mortgage(s) was nothing but positive.
