From the day I first had contact with We are Mortgages to today when we have received our mortgage offer, the service levels have been absolutely incredible. Far beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I was originally referred by a local estate agent. My initial chats with Jack were super insightful and he was super helpful so I knew when the property came up they would be the mortgage advisors for me. In January, I viewed a property and with an extremely quick turnaround time from we are mortgages I was able to get a decision in principle sorted, even with a slightly unique Let to Buy scenario. I want to highlight Eva's incredible work ethic. She worked on her day off to make sure I had the decision in principle as fast as possible and was always available giving constant updates. During my mortgage meeting Eva was super knowledgeable and is a credit to the team. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions quickly and with detailed responses. Once the offer on our property was accepted, my case was handed over to Jay. She was extremely friendly and made sure to keep me updated the whole way through the process. The whole team have made an extremely stressful time so much easier and now we feel super comfortable about purchasing a property. We will always use We are mortgages and will be recommending their services to all our family and friends. We cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work!

Our mortgage requirements were more complicated than most as we needed a remortgage and a purchase mortgage on two very different properties. Alli at We are mortgages provided detailed recommendations at the start and was very patient in answering all the questions I had. Once we had decided to go with the recommended mortgages, Sorcha kept us up-to-date with any requirements from us and chase the mortgage providers to answer the many questions the mortgage company had. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great job guys!

I can’t recommend Jack enough. He’s absolutely out of this world, he secured us a lovely home at a great deal and gave us honest advice every step of the way and genuinely put us and what would be the best option for us first apose to his business. We’ve saved monies, in fact even gained additional monies, time and secured a wonderful home all thanks to him. I wouldn’t ever go or recommend anyone else. Jack is the most knowledgeable and kind broker I’ve personally ever spoken with. We spoke directly to the bank who gave us shocking advise and several other brokers three of which also gave us appalling advice that was on their best interest and not ours, lucky I’m half clued up about mortgages having my mothers guidance. None of these other companies were able to offer the rates jack could, most not even close. I had heard he was able to access a higher percentage of lenders compared to other brokers but wow this worked in our favour! He has guided us through this rocky road and wow it sure has been rocky. We pulled out of a house due to having probate ungranted, swiftly found another then lost this due to sellers changing their mind, then finally found a house which we now have exchanged on in only a couple of months! Due to jack, THE MORTGAGE WAS EVEN OFFERED IN UNDER 24 HOURS!!! My last home took two weeks with my old broker!! When going through our bad luck spout, jack calmly and kindly discussed every situation with us and worked out figures for all and what would be best for us going forward. Even I would have been sick of me after all our bad luck and I even told jack I was embarrassed to call about a third house Incase something happened to this one too but Jack advised me these things happen and he was there for us and considering how busy he is this was true, Jack always called us back and told us he was there guiding us through every step. We couldn’t be more grateful for him. He has ensured his wonderful team, Sorcha and Jay have stayed in contact with us and also chased solicitors who have also told me how efficient they are and that they’ve never dealt with a mortgage team like them. Every single person I’ve spoke to has been so wonderful and kind in that office. We are so happy and full of copious gratitude for you all. The best brokerage around❤️ Thankyou all Kim & Steve B

I was introduced to We are mortgages by an estate agent whilst looking for properties. We had Zoe Miller who was absolutely fantastic.
