We we're purchasing our first home and didn't really have much of a clue regarding the process. So we decided to use White Mortgage Advice Ltd and we dealt with Ross as our mortgage broker. He was very professional and polite and if I had any questions he would happily answer them. I also spoke with Charlotte and Chris on the phone a few times and they both seemed friendly and helpful.
