James went the extra mile by working later one night so he could secure a 5-year fixed rate mortgage at a competitive interest rate just before inflation happened for us! Great service from JIMS from start to finish. We were first time buyers and Collette not only found us a great mortgage deal but helped us every step of the way right up to our moving in. Any questions we had we called up and had them answered straight away- as a first time buyer it took so much stress out of the process. It would have been worth the fee just to have this support, but the amount we saved on our mortgage more than covered the fee anyway. Then when our mortgage came up for renewal they got in touch and helped us transfer to a much lower interest rate saving us nearly £100 a month!
