Liam is the perfect person to guide you through the mortgage process, we’ve used him for a new purchase and then later for additional borrowing to finance an extension. Both times he’s been very responsive with communication, kept us fully updated on progress and was able to answer all questions we had. His protection advice was also excellent and the quotes we had were really reasonable. We can enjoy our home knowing that if the worst should happen, we don’t have to worry about mortgage payments. Liam is so pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly, highly recommend to anyone!

He was really knowledgeable and offered us good advice in our initial meeting. He answered all of our questions, and was very patient with explaining how the re-mortgage process would work. The whole process was really efficient from the initial appointment, to keeping in contact via e-mail to booking zoom appointments. He was available in the evenings and weekends which was really useful for us due to our work commitments. He was on top of the process and made sure it moved swiftly, answering all of our questions as we went along. I was buying my first house and to be honest it seemed like an incredibly daunting task. Liam Jones helped me so much with every step of obtaining my mortgage and made the experience so much easier and less stressful than I thought it would be. He talked me through all of the aspects and choices and was incredibly informative as well. The most important thing for me was the level of communication. He answered any queries I had swiftly, organised a zoom meeting so that we could have a face to face discussion rather than just a phone call or email and at no point did I feel like he wasnt on the job.
