I would also like to thank Emma, she has been great throughout and very thorough with her work. They worked amazingly as a team, I couldn’t fault the process at all.
For a long time I believed that getting a mortgage wouldn’t be possible due to bad credit, as I’d spoken to a few brokers before that informed me that they wouldn’t be able to help. However, Alex was very confident that he would be able to secure a mortgage and reassured me throughout the process. Within 3 weeks I had a mortgage offer accepted!

M. S.Great service from Adrienne, Lizzie and the team at Create Finance - Don’t go anywhere else for your remortgage.
We were fed up with not getting anywhere with a few banks who were too busy to take our business, so thought we’d contact Create Finance following a recommendation on social media. Adrienne gave us a call to capture some details and have an informal chat about our needs. From that chat, we sent over the usual information, had access to updates via their app where we could keep a track of progress, and eventually had an offer from Lender a week or so later. The app is easy to use, but Lizzie and Adrienne still gave us updates proactively - even had an email on a Saturday evening to tell us the lender had offered us a mortgage (great work Lizzie!).
Sadly for us, the conveyancers (ONP) were terrible through the whole process… even on a simple remortgage with no complexities about the property or credit, they were a pain. But this review isn’t about them, its about Create.
Adrienne was incredibly persistent in moving things forward for us - like Omicron hunting down its next victim over xmas, she was on a mission to hunt for answers from ONP even when they were MIA. After many emails, calls and kicks, the solicitors played ball.
Our remortgage took less than 8 weeks to complete from initial contact with Adrienne, and we’re glad we got a good deal and good service from Create Finance. A big thanks to Adrienne, Lizzie and Create.

D.Where can I start, I initially made contact with Javier early September as I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage through a highstreets lender. Javier off the get go was very welcoming, understanding and professional in regards to my circumstances. He informed me that there are mortgages for people in the position I am.
After speaking with Javier and providing him with my details he was able to get a Decision in principle with a mortgage provider. Me and my partner we ecstatic as we believed that we would struggle to find a lender.
Thereon everything was left in the great hands of Javier and Katie. They created a great package of me and my partners finances and provided them to the mortgage provider who accepted this with no questions asked!
By the end of September we had our mortgage offer accepted! I honestly can't thank Javier enough for his experience, responsiveness during the stressful time and his reassurances throughout the process. All me and my partner can say is if you're not able to get a mortgage through a high street lender you're in great hands with Javier as he will explore all options available for you and give you a summary of what is possible for yourself.

He and Lizzie (our mortgage administrator) were very responsive and always replied immediately
to any queries we had. There were delays with the underwriters of the lender and lots of additional information required (outside of Create’s control) as we are certainly not a straight forward case but Ryan kept us up to date and chased things for us regularly, without being prompted.

Being self employed with an old CCJ and a first time buyer I thought the options available to me would be limited or I would need a huge deposit. l. b.After being unable to get a mortgage with a high street lender we went online and looked to see what our options were. We were contacted by Alice from Create Finance one Saturday afternoon. We had already booked a consultation with someone else but after speaking to Alice, she immediately gave us confidence that she could help us out. We have a bad credit history and no knowledge about mortgages but speaking to Alice once put our minds at ease.
I did have a slight wobble in confidence after seeing a bad review on trustpilot and I admitted my mistrust to Alice who again, put my mind at ease.
