Hollybeck made our first time mortgage simple and stress free (as possible). We chose Hollybeck as they have experience with first time buyers and self employment. We were a complicated case with self employment history and employment by a foreign company, as well as being first time buyers. This didn't phase Tim at all. He was so quick to find us our offers and report back. Any questions or queries we had were answered swiftly and the whole process was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Tim and his team were easy to contact whenever needed and very friendly. We couldn't recommend them more highly. They even sent us a hamper when we moved in! Thanks Hollybeck.

When we found out late last year that we were due to become parents we needed to move fast and hopefully also beat the stamp duty deadline. Having eventually opted for a New Build property (in march!) we were directed by the builder towards an advisor who was not working for us. Having used Hollybeck twice before I knew that they would do the job we needed at the pace we required. Despite personal and undoubted commercial challenges along the way Fiona & Kate did their utmost at one of the most stressful periods of our lives. We honestly could not have done this without them and we are eternally grateful and I’m sure our little girl will be too when she arrives within the next 3 weeks. They went out of their way to make meetings at awkward times after office hours to suit us and they were always able to help quickly when we had queries. Even with covid when we couldn’t have face to face meetings, every telephone meeting was enough to give us confidence.
