We've just sold and purchased a new house and Lauren Baylis helped us with arranging a new mortgage. We were initially thinking of simply transferring the current mortgage but after meeting with Lauren and looking at the options we found it would be cheaper to set up a whole new mortgage with a better rate meaning we can pay off the mortgage without so much interest being added. She also managed to set us on a 5 year fixed to help keep us from being hit by any interest changes. Definitely will be using Lauren again when it comes to remortgage.
