Jon Mason has been extremely helpful and professional in helping the charity find the best deals to meet its needs. There were a number of delays and complications due to factors outside the charity control related to a building purchase that kept being delayed.Jon Mason was always patient, helpful and quick to respond to any changes and each time provided us with the most competitive quotes saving the charity a significant amount of money. I needed to add further categories of cover to my Professional Indemnity Insurance to meet the requirements of a juicy new contract. My existing cover was provided by the Federation of Small Businesses but after 2 days of requesting this I was told it wasn't possible and I'd need a new quote which would take a further 2 days. I contacted Masons & had the full cover in place within 15 minutes. As an unexpected bonus the new cover (which gave 4 times the cover of my initial policy) was also 20% cheaper. I would highly recommend this company.
