Alex was incredibly helpful and didn't mind any of the numerous questions I threw at him, and he would always get back to me very quickly. One of the issues I have, due to the amount of medication I have to take, is that it makes my processing of information a lot slower, and Alex was very understanding and took the extra time to explain things to me. I just wanted to take the time to review Gemma Dunne’s work on behalf of Morgage Advice Services. I have dealt with some very good advisors in the past as such my expectations were quite high. I recently dealt with Elaine Tiernan at Mortgage advice services for a mortgage application. She was professional throughout and was very informative at every stage of the mortgage process. She was very positive and resilient even when the mortgage company at times were very testing with their requests. We never actually physically met, everything was done over the phone and emails. I couldn’t recommend mortgage advice services enough . It started last year when I received a general phone call about my homeowner status. They were extremely helpful then they made an appointment with a mortgage advisor. I spoke with a lovely lady called Gemma she was fantastic from start to finish she explained everything in detail but also in normal English language not all this mortgage jargon which goes over my head. Gemma got me a really good deal and I also wanted to remove a name from the mortgage . I got accepted immediately but when all searches were carried out there was a problem from years ago , which then resulted in me having to go through a different lender. Gemma sorted everything out . There was lots of hurdles to get over as there was lots of problems down the road . But needless to say I have completed today and I am so grateful to mortgage advice services but it wouldn’t of happened if it wasn’t for Gemma . I would like to take this opportunity to thank her from the bottom of my heart , she never gave up and she just kept on going to find solution after solution to the endless problems. Great Service I initially received a cold call regarding changing my mortgage, I was unhappy with the provider I had at the time so you could say they caught me at the right moment and from there an appointment was arranged for one of their advisors to visit me at home. The advisors name was Alex Atkinson and nothing was too much trouble for him. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept in regular contact throughout during the whole process. We were approached by MAS Ltd by a marketing call. We originally were too busy to speak to them but so glad we did. A telephone advisor made an appointment for someone to see us. Alex Atkinson came. He was super going through our situation patiently. Considering all options and taking into account our requirements. We have ended up with a remortgage with a high standard bank on fixed rate ( important given Brexiters looming) and have saved thousands of pounds a year even with a float for house repairs. Even after Alex visit ed he stayed in touch to ensure paperwork went through smoothly. We could not have asked for a better service. There was a fee equivalent to 2 months savings.
