Thanks to OVISO, I just bought my first property. I am not from here originally, the purchasing process is completely different from my home country, but OVISO helps me from beginning to end, they make the whole thing much easier for me. The first appointment with Matt is great, he is patient and explains everything to me, it is very helpful, straight forward, and transparent. This is an honest review, I was extremely nervous about going for a mortgage and to be honest had no clue where to start. My cousin gave me Matt's number, I called and we made an appointment... Extremely happy we chose Oviso as our Mortgage Broker. James managed to get us a Mortgage when we thought it would be difficult for us. And had we done it ourselves we would have been paying more on our mortgage. He certainly got us a good mortgage. We had various problems with our solicitor... they were incompetent as hell and was finding they didn't bother chasing anything with the Lender. Lianne at Oviso constantly chased my Solicitor and lender for responses... and we are so glad she did as I think we would be still waiting another month to complete if it wasn't for her.
