Jason Harris has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process! My case is a complicated one as I'm buying a flat on an ex Council, high rise building. There aren't many lenders who give mortgages for such buildings and my first mortgage application through another broker got rejected. Having a checkered past, and a poor credit history, we was very apprehensive with moving forward with a mortgage application, so when I google searched mortgage help and came across View Finance I thought I would email. I am so pleased that I did, the advisor (Richard) personally on. a Sunday replied back to me to set up a telephone call so he could get a clearer picture as to assistance, if any, that he could offer. The first initial call was nerve racking as I knew that our credit score was poor, but Richard talked us through every step, in hours and out of hours. Nothing was to much. and yes your possibly reading this and thinking wow how much did Richard pay for this review, but honestly, this man worked so hard for us. I first spoke to View Finance, around 2 years ago, but they were unable to secure a good mortgage deal, because at the time I was a student. They were extremely friendly and helpful so I told them I would reconsider them when I was in a position to purchase. After the 2 years, I called the broker I was speaking to originally (Matt Pinchen) and explained I was now in a position to move. He immediately remembered who I was, which was extremely professional. I don't know if he had some quick fire notes on me or just an insanely good memory... either way it felt good. That service quality never faltered throughout the mortgage process. When I felt lost or confused with the process I knew Matt was a phone call away. Sometimes he was too busy to talk, but he never took longer than a few hours to respond. There is no doubt in my mind that Matt's professionalism, courteousness and depth of knowledge made this process seamless. The advice he provided me was extremely helpful and throughout he was very approachable and understanding of how frustrating it is to buy a house. If Matt is an example of View Finance than 5 stars is almost underrated, I strongly recommend him and also will use them in the future for moves/remortgages.

Trevor contacted me when I was searching around for brokers and assisted me and my fiancée on our first property back in November.
