Ian has been amazingly helpful throughout the process of buying our new house. His advice and professionalism from start to finish have been greatly appreciated; it really has made the whole thing a lot easier! Ian has been a calming influence and his expert knowledge of the various processes have given us the reassurances needed during each stage. I was having a very difficult time trying to help my 19 years old son to apply for a mortgage with his bank. Right when we thought we had everything figured out, the bad news struck. My son was about to lose the flat of his dreams, his colleague course and the plans for his future. That was the moment we found Ian.
