Satvinder (SKB) and I set up our respective companies around the same time so, fortunately for me, she was on hand to advise and provide me with the correct insurances for my specialised area of business. Ten years on and SKB has grown in size but all the team members maintain Satvinder's original personable, attentive, customer focused approach. The SKB team have always been immediately on hand to advise me on my ever changing business insurance requirements. Every year I am contacted by one of the friendly team to discuss whether I would like to renew my policies (no pushy sales team here!) and to discuss any potential policy changes - the team strive to find me the best cover at a very competitive price. This is a company that genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer, no matter how large, small or ever changing your insurance requirements are.
