My property has been managed by AirManaged and now StayManaged for over two years now. I have found them to be very reliable, professional, responsive. Minor issues that cropped up have been dealt with properly and with no delay. They offer an excellent service at reasonable fee. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Starting with the positives, the room is perfectly situated in the bustling grassmarket area of Edinburgh. It was clean and cosy with all the expected amenities (kettle, coffee maker, tea etc.). Really good value for money and fantastic aesthetic. A couple of negative points, but nothing major, the communal entrance to the property is grubby and feels very different to the room itself and the instructions to access the property were unclear and so we had to message the owner to obtain alternative keys. However, the owner was really responsive and took minutes to respond. Overall very positive experience and would highly recommend 👌

The place on Harvesters way was amazing. Really cosy apartment, great heating, easily accessible, parking out the front and all basic amenities and more. A nice spacious apartment that made our stay in Edinburgh comfortable and relaxed. It is about a 20min drive to city centre but for the price and comfort, can't expect to be central! Will definitely be staying here again!

The flat off Leith walk was nice enough, but the water pressure in the taps was very weak. There’s also a run-down feel to the place, as though it used to have lots of character but no one can be bothered to care for it anymore, which is a shame as it’s a lovely flat with so much potential. One of the doors to a lower kitchen cupboard is barely hanging on one hinge and there are lots of details that could really use fixing. Besides that, great location and cute, quirky place.

Great stay. Small issue with rubbish outside the property when we got there (we think due to wind / animals - not owners fault) and the property managers were so helpful and arranged for it to be cleared up straight away. Great location just 10 min walk from princess street. Lovely place and easily slept 6.

Brilliant stay in one of StayManaged apartments in Elm Row....called office re boiler, v helpful customer service....contrary to previous review the Company are a Management Company and you cant book direct thro them, we used air bnb.. . Would have no hesitation to staying in one of there apartment again. Thanks
