J. K.After a recent motoring accident, Laurie Ross proved to be exceptional when it came to managing the claim. A hire car was delivered within an hour of requesting it, my own car was collected and taken to the repairers and the claim against the 3rd party was dealt with. I was called and appraised of all parts of the process frequently. I cannot praise this broker highly enough for what they did.....exceptional service!
