As a first time buyer I was really apprehensive about the mortgage and home buying processes. I was trying to buy at the same time as packing up my life and moving from 5 and a half hours away at the same time as changing jobs. Therefore my first consultation had to be completed by phone with Maureen but even when she was 5 and a half hours away Maureen made me feel completely at ease and explained the processes so clearly. Maureen was always available by phone and especially by text given my lack of signal where I was. Maureen was patient but completely on the ball and had everything organised in plenty of time. Impossible to wrap up how amazing Maureen and her services in a few sentence. I'm a 29yr old first buying and I didn't have the first clue about the process of buying a house. Maureen explained every part of the process and everything involved in such a clear and understandable way, it really made things alot easier to grasp. Also, I was probably a bit of a pain of a customer as there were a few issues with the solicitors on my end, and UK lenders changing the amounts they're willing to lend all in the application process, but Maureen was just so on the ball with everything throughout, it just took all stress and worry away! Maureen honestly went out of her way multiple times to help me out with the whole process, and I can't thank her enough. That's why I've attached a photo, so when you bump into me in the pub after the old rona 19, I'm defo getting the beers in to give more thanks.
