David Rolleston and MAB Ltd offer what has to be the highest level of service, professionalism and care that I have ever experienced dealing with any professional. This in itself is impressive but perhaps even more so considering I personally used to run a mortgage department so I know what I'm talking about. If there was an olympics for Mortgage brokers, David would be the reigning gold medal holder! From start to finish David was on hand throughout the house hunting process to offer great advice, not only on the available mortgages and associated insurances but also to provide his considerable experience and perspectives on questions we had relating to home reports and also great local knowledge in relation to getting into the right ball park for our offers. I'm self employed so my mortgage was always going to be more tricky than someone employed, however we went from application to formal offer in writing in around 10 days. With David and MAB we got a great service from start to finish and ended up with a great mortgage at a great lender and now live in a great house! Thank you David (and Kim)! If there is any first time buyers out there, who don't really know how to go about the whole process, then go with MAB. I have never had such wonderful service when dealing with any company. Mortgage advice brokerage are imo very committed to the customer, nothing is too much and no question is too silly. As a first time buyer i wasn't very confident about the whole process, my advisor layered out everything and made it very simple to follow and understand.
