December 2020 I started to stress myself contacting all different mortgage advisors explaining myself over and over but not getting very far because as soon as I said default it was as though too much hassle but then scrolling through facebook I started reading reviews for Ross and thought might aswell share the story again, (in a private let, got myself into silly debts for small amounts, phone default, store card default not thinking about the impact it would have later) Ross started to message back and forward was very realistic about what is realistic for our personal circumstances! Ross gathered as much information as he could and got to work on products and done everything to achieve the best rate for us! 2021 the market went crazy and with an offer in principle we struggled to keep up with the over offers! Ross was able to get 95%LTV but the market prices had just gone crazy, Ross continued to keep in contact and would give us updates as my credit rating was improving and would redo all the hard work to make sure we always had the best offer available to us... fast forward to March 2022 and we have received our mortgage offer for our forever home, that's right we started this process willing to buy something smaller to get onto the property market and then work our way to our forever home but we are now just waiting for the keys to our brand new home which we are buying off plan!! I 100% know we would never have got to this stage if it wasnt for the support we have had from Ross nothing is too much hassle no question is a daft question and he gives everything he does 110% you never feel like your taking up his time he never rushes to get to the next client...in 2020 all I wanted was someone to give me some time to go over my options and to tell me what is required for me and my family to reach the goal of our forever home, many messages went unread, some would just respond please get back in touch when the default has dropped off, Ross arranged a call two days later didnt deny things would be slightly longer, we would have to go through some barriers we could escape if we had a tip top credit file but he saw the end goal and worked with us untill we got it and more!!
