Super Contractors team had helped me secure a product transfer with relative ease and process has been very straight forward. They originally helped me secure the mortgage 5 years back and I was surprised to receive communication from them few months back suggesting me to look at the options as the mortgage deal coming to an end. Dave has been fantastic and always a pleasure to work with. He gave me all the available options with current lender and other ones as well. Once I decided to go with current lender the process has been simple. Donald and Lynne have been very helpful and kept me informed through out the process and advised me the timelines that I need to get back to them by. This is not the first time I had pleasure of working with Super contractors. Definitely will reach out them in future and always happy to recommend them as they are incredible.

I was really delighted with Jonathan's help in finding me a good mortgage deal as a contractor, and then with Donald's efficiency in getting everything organised afterwards. I'd spoken to a mainstream broker beforehand and had no confidence in the advice they gave me, and as I was on a tight timescale and wanting to get a mortgage arranged before my current contract ended, there was no scope for errors or delays. I first spoke to Jonathan at 9.30am on a Monday morning, and received the mortgage offer from the bank by 8.30am Thursday of the same week, which is an amazing turnaround. Within half an hour of first speaking with Jonathan he had emailed me some options and rates, which included an extremely low rate on a 2 year fixed. His knowledge of the market and responsiveness was absolutely excellent, and the whole Super Contractors team were courteous, helpful and professional. I was served by Dave and Fiona and without any exaggeration that's the best service I have received from any company in years. I was referred to Super Contractors by a friend who happens to be a self employed contractor, Initially I was mistaken by name and thought company only specialises in contract employee mortgages and after initial conversation I went with another firm (as I am employed), but Dave continued to send me so much elaborate quotations, and covered so much of the market (and all with no commitment), to a point where I was forced to change mind and filed mortgage application with Super Contractors. I was really impressed with professionalism of Dave both during quotes discussion, and documenting and summarising the choice. Then Fiona took over and I realised it wasn't one star employee, it's a company that hires the best. Dealing with Fiona was the best customer experience I had in ages, I don't remember when was the last time that I didn't had to follow up, but Fiona continued to follow up with me on my case regularly, sometimes multiple times during the day. Super Contractors certainly provided me with an excellent 5* service from start to finish. As a contractor I found it difficult to get mortgage, other brokers made promises but only Keith McKenzie at Super Contractors took the time to actually listen to my specific situation and provided me with my requested product at a great rate. He made the initial form filling process much easier to handle and only asked for information relevant to the application until a mortgage offer was secured. When Sottish Widow raised queries Keith confidently and quickly resolved any issues. I was then passed to Fiona Hunter my appointed case manager; who was so professional, helpful, supportive and friendly. I always felt re-assured that she would deal with the issues and be the tri-liaison with the mortgage provider, solicitor and myself. Fiona even went the extra mile to provide me with personal liaison support in finalising my completion when I travelled abroad on holiday to different time zone. I felt worried because I was so far away and was unable to telephone the solicitors but Fiona reassured me that she would ensure that all the communication links continued until it was finally completed. We couldn't be happier with our experience using Super Contractors to get our mortgage. Our consultant Steven Rodger was absolutely exceptional. Steven was always so responsive and quick to update us on every step of the process. We had a few worries about getting a mortgage that worked for us but Steven proved nothing was impossible and managed to secure us a mortgage in principle that covered all avenues. He was always so friendly and reassuring. He was super organised with what we needed paperwork wise and always explained things very clearly. After getting our mortgage in principle, we suddenly needed to change the terms of our mortgage in order to secure the house of our dreams. Steven called us back in 20 mins to say 'get that offer in, it's sorted'. He is so so good at what he does and can't recommend him enough. We ended up getting the house of our dreams and Steven got all our paperwork and application off to TSB for final approval. Our case manager Lynda Drummond was so lovely. She was very friendly and keen to know how we were getting on at our end with everything and when we got our keys to the house. You could see they cared about us as customers. The company even sorted us with life insurance so that saved us a job. Julia was the one who sorted this for us and, again, couldn't have been lovelier. She was very knowledgable and happy to answer any questions we had. Make sure you get your mortgage with these guys- 100% amazing service!

I was messed around for months by Contractor Mortgages Made Easy, RBS and Which Mortgages - all failed on basic communication, customer service and most importantly – competence… other mortgage advisers told me straight out there was 'no way' I could get a mortgage at all.
