Having used David's services on a couple of occasions now, I have nothing but the highest praise. He helped me through my first purchase, always a daunting prospect, talking me through the process step by step. He then helped me find the cheapest rate for a remortgage recently. He is always lightening to respond to any queries, no matter what time of day, and at time when speed of action is crucial this is incredibly important. I have also asked David's advice with a couple of unusual mortgages and possible but to let ventures that I am looking into and he has been incredibly knowledgeable in suggesting the cheapest available product.
