Always a pleasure using RGPFS and this time was no different. Graham has consistently found the best deals for me and provides support and expertise throughout the entire process. He is always very accommodating with phone calls and meetings arranged around my working hours. Polly takes ownership of liaising with lenders, solicitors etc on my behalf, taking the time-consuming tasks of chasing up and getting status updates off my hands which has been fantastic. I could not recommend them enough. Thanks for all of your help!

Over the years Graham has led us through many a mortgage application (and life insurance too); from the initial choice of mortgage product, right through the entire application process to completion. Graham together with Polly, are there every step of the way and despite our best efforts (complicated mortgages, last minute changes) we have never succeeded in putting them off their stride. I first used RGP when buying my house, and they were excellent. They had access to better deals than I could find online, took the hassle out of a stressful process and dealt effectively with underwriters to advocate on our behalf whenever I encountered anything unexpected. In our case, the mortgage company refused to progress the deal they initially offered due to the results of the survey, but RGP accessed and negotiated with senior underwriters so that they honoured the original deal, at no cost to us. They track progress to make sure everything is progressing without delay, and chase others when required. There service was so good I have returned to them for other products and I've recommended them to my friends.

18 October 2018 - Services of Mr Ryan Parsons (RGPFS) From Day 1, Ryan provided me with detailed mortgage guidance and assistance that enabled me secure a mortgage suitable to my needs. Ryan's services enabled me to obtain an in-depth understanding of the various mortgage types, current rates and subsequent information as to how the differing products / mortgages might best serve my situation. The Mortgage sector is convoluted and opaque, Ryan dissected the complicated marketing 'jargon' into an understandable format that empowered me to select the correct mortgage product for my situation. Outside of Ryan's control, I suffered a number of delays with a house purchase falling through and mortgage under valuation. However, Ryan and his team (more specifically Polly) guided me through the process and often went above and beyond to understand the situation, answer my queries and ultimately calm my worries.
