Absolutely perfect service, honestly couldn't recommend or rate Jemma high enough!! We came to Jemma at the end of our tether after being fobbed off and messed around by another mortgage broker. She took down all of our details straight the way and was very thorough - asking questions our initial mortgage advisor hadn't asked before submitting! She kept us reliably informed throughout and even helped us source and keep on top of a new solicitor when ours weren't doing as requested. She even called outside of work hours as she knew how stressful it was for us being first time buyers and for our case to be time pressured due to our seller being heavily pregnant.
