Matrix Mortgages have been amazing! Yasheen is extremely professional and always answered all of the millions of questions I had patiently. My husband and I are first-time buyers and didn’t know how the mortgage process worked or where to even start but he helped us by explaining and breaking down and simplifying the whole process for us in 10 easy steps. He always answered the phone no matter what time of day and has done pretty much all of the leg-work for us from finding us the right mortgage to fit our circumstances to filling in and submitting our mortgage application for us. My 5 year fixed mortgage was soon coming to a end and wanted to see what rates I could get for another 5 years. Contacted Matrix Mortgages explained my needs, sent over a few documents. Within a few days came back with a few deals, I ended up sticking with my existing bank as I was able to get a little extra discount going through the mortgage adviser 1% discount. Which was fine as there wasn't any fees to pay him as I was sticking with the same bank. He submitted all the relevant paperwork over to the bank and got everything sorted. The bank paid the Mortgage Broker a comission. Going through this broker saved me a lot of time and headache. Advisor was straight forward and explained my options in detail, so 5 star for that.
