We were recommended Venture Mortgages - Mel specifically as my parents used them for their mortgage. Mel was amazing and really helpful. As a first time buyer she really explained everything and made the process as smooth as possible. I have already recommended Venture Mortgages & Protection to a friend of mine looking to buy their first home as I was SO happy with everything.

Mel and shree have both been a huge help. Our first mortgage advisor was adamant we should port our current mortgage but when we spoke with Mel she took the time to explain her calculations to us and shown us that we would save a couple hundred pounds a month despite paying the large leaving fee due to the better interest rates we could get elsewhere. Shree has been a big help chasing the rest of the chain and has made the whole experience as stress free as a house move can be! They’ve both been very easy to communicate with and I can’t recommend the Venture Mortgages & Protections team enough

Reasonable fees we done our AIP same day and was given, full APP was done next day within a week we had our offer. We honestly can't thank Mel enough for all her help.
