It truly felt like she was on our side and wanted the best for us, something that cannot be understated when it comes to a mortgage. I've used LMAP three times now and they are fantastic. Buying a house, especially now, is relentlessly stressful with solicitors and banks and estate agents constantly moving the goalposts and not getting you the information you need. Have used LMAP multiple times over the past few years. I've also used a fair number of other financial advisors previously and I can wholeheartedly recommend them against the competition. Dan Scullion is the guy who's sorted all of my mortgages. He's knowledgeable, friendly and not in any way pushy. He also doesn't try to sell me multiple insurance policies at any available opportunity, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, in my opinion, Dan's communication is excellent. He is always available at the end of a direct line and always takes the time to update, even when there's no specific update to be given. Any contact I've had with the rest of the team has been similarly positive. If you're looking for honest, knowledgeable, pro-active service, and someone who will genuinely take the work load away from you, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys.
